GENERAL SERVICES

We offer comprehensive and individualized allergy, asthma, and immunology (recurrent infections) services, ranging from diagnostic evaluations to treatment. 

We use a technique for skin testing that involves using plastic applicators rather than actual needles to apply the testing solutions. This is relatively painless.

All visits, including allergy shots, are by appointment only.  Please do not walk in without calling first.

Usual office hours are: 

Monday-               8-11:30, 3-4:30, 5:30-7:30

Tuesday-              8-11:30, 3-7

Wednesday-          8-11:30, 4-7:30

Thursday-              8-11:30, 1-4:45

Friday-                   8-12

Allergy shots are usually given on Mondays from 3-4:30 and 5:30 to 7:30, Wednesdays from 5:30-7:30, Thursdays from 1-4:30, and Fridays from 8-10:45.

Please note that hours may be changed for a given week because of hospital rounds, teaching conferences, holidays, or vacations, so always make an appointment.

INSURANCE

We are enrolled in most, but not all, managed care plans.  Please do NOT assume that because our practice is listed in your insurance carrier's list of providers, that we are in your plan.  These lists are often inaccurate, and we are listed to be in some plans that we dropped years ago, and are listed in some plans that we were never in. Please call the office if you are not sure.

If we are not in your plan, we will provide you with a superbill so that you can file with your insurance to obtain any possible re-imbursement.
